NGEREBEG

Ngerebeg is a ritual procession  which is a part of ceremony in Bale Agung temple in  Sudaji village . This is the second day festival held in the afternoon starting from about 03.00 pm till 06.00 pm.  The procession starts from Bale Agung temple participated by people of the village with traditional dress and carrying many kinds of offering. They parades in long rows to Dalem temple which is only about 300 meter in distance. People who are not participated in the ceremony can watch closely how the procession is going on. They have been waiting long hours before the procession start to get the good place to see.

CEMARA GESENG

Cemara Geseng is a name for a temple on top of Silangjana hill, but people much know this hill as Cemara Geseng Hill. The altitude of the hill is about 1.200 meter above sea level.

There are many ways to get to the top of the hill namely from Sudaji village, Silangjana, Lemukih, Sekumpul, Pegadungan, Pegayaman,

RICE BARN

Long famous of the source for rice products makes Sudaji people wellfed. More than 75 % of the land are rice farming and abundant of rice produced every year. Many inhabitants have their own rice barns with its unique style structure made of wood and can store tons of rice beans. Owning rice barn is also a symbol of social strata in this village and as an icon of prosperity.

MAYUNGAN SUBVILLAGE

Mayungan is a subvillage of Sudaji located at the north east. The surrounding of this remote kampong is green where rice field dominated the land. Moreover in the early morning when the sun is rising, the panorama is so beautiful.

BALE AGUNG TEMPLE

This village temple of is located at the very center of  Sudaji village. Facing to north with the background of Cemara Geseng hill in the south. The temple was built  in 10th century AD. Its architecture is majestic with classic style of north Bali.

SUDAJI RICE FIELD

Rice is the most cultivated plant on the village of Sudaji from long decade ago. Sudaji is also famous for its high quality of rice products and tropical fruit.
